Wife, mother of two lovely adults, geeky engineer and painter...
I began painting in 1995. I learned to paint through a combination of practice, books and the life drawing studio. I’m currently focusing on birds. Regarding my style... I care about impressions, emotions, shapes, colors and values - pretty much in that order too. I guess some combination of expressionism and impressionism is close enough. My paintings have been exhibited in juried shows, art walks and different galleries across the United States. My artwork is held in private collections in the United States, Europe and China.
